Parent consultation sessions are designed to help families better understand treatment options, navigate complex systems of care, and identify thoughtful next steps.
Consultations May Include:
- Guidance around appropriate levels of care (outpatient, IOP, PHP, residential, inpatient)
- Support navigating anxiety, eating disorders, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, and higher-risk concerns
- Coordination with therapists, psychiatrists, pediatricians, adolescent medicine providers, schools, dietitians, and other providers
- Referrals to trusted specialists, programs, integrative/functional medicine providers, and community resources
- Guidance around evidence-based and integrative treatment approaches when appropriate
- Reviewing evaluations and creating a roadmap for next steps
