Do I offer insurance?
I am an in-network provider with Aetna.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
I'm based in Del Mar, CA, and may be able to offer in-person sessions for those who are interested.
I am licensed to provide virtual therapy to clients throughout California, New York, and Texas. If you're located in one of these states, we can connect through secure telehealth sessions—offering flexibility and access to care, no matter where you are.
How do I know if we’re a good fit?
I offer a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call for all potential new clients. This is a chance for us to connect, talk through your needs, and see if working together feels right. Many of your questions can be answered during this call.
I’m ready to begin—what’s next?
Once you’re ready to move forward, the next step is to complete the intake paperwork. After that, we’ll schedule the first appointment. I’ll also send a secure link for our video session if we’re meeting virtually.
How often will we meet?
We’ll typically begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish a strong foundation. During our first few meetings, we’ll clarify your goals and create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. From there, we can adjust the frequency of sessions—whether increasing support during more challenging times or spacing them out as you gain stability and confidence. My approach is flexible and collaborative, always guided by what will best support your growth.
Cancellation Policy
Your time and care matter—and so does mine. As a solo practitioner, I reserve dedicated time for every client so I can offer you thoughtful, high-quality support. Unlike larger practices or traditional medical offices, my appointments are longer and involve careful preparation before we meet. When a session is missed or canceled last-minute, I’m not only unable to provide you with the care you deserve, but I also lose the opportunity to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting for support.
I kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 72 business hours in advance.
Please note: weekends and holidays are not considered business days. For example, if your appointment is on a Monday, notice must be given no later than the Wednesday prior to avoid a cancellation fee.
If you cancel outside of this window—or do not attend your appointment—the full session fee will be charged to the card on file. These fees are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

Exceptions are made only in the case of a documented medical emergency with a note from a licensed physician.
